Thompson is actively involved in the development of custom-designed applications, plus research and integration of systems developed by third parties. Thompson has more than six years of experience as a programmer and web development specialist.

Prior to joining Webb, Thompson was a lead developer for UOL.com, one of the largest Portals and Internet Service Providers in South America. At UOL Thompson developed highly scalable applications, serving millions of users, including advertising and E-commerce servlet applications.
